Joe has been serving the accounting and tax needs of clients as the owner of his own firm for 23 years. He opened his first office in Edmond in 1992.

In 1995 Joe added his Yukon office location and has been serving clients from across the metro area since.

Before opening his firm he worked for 20 years as a financial professional for the Dow Chemical Company and for Schlumberger Limited.

In over 40 years of experience in the finance industry both public and private Joe has gained a deep well of knowledge to draw upon in dealing with the issues a small business or individual may face.

Joe has a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Tulsa.

He has also previously taught advanced accounting classes at The University of Central Oklahoma. He has been a member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants for over 35 years.

Jason began his accounting and finance career in January 2001 in Austin, Texas with Ernst & Young, LLP.

Jason’s clients during his years in public accounting included one of largest auto dealership groups in the nation, energy services companies, software development firms, and many others.

In addition Jason worked directly for Fortune 500 public companies, and large private enterprises in their finance and accounting departments specializing in internal control and process review and improvement, project financial performance analysis, and financial statement preparation and GAAP compliance.

He traveled extensively to many locations across the world including Europe, the Middle East, Latin and South America, Australia, and Africa as well as locations all throughout the United States. In November 2013 Jason joined with his father’s firm full time. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration and Masters of Accountancy from Baylor University in 1999 and Dec 2000, respectively. He has been a CPA for 15 years first in Texas and now back in Oklahoma.

Dian has been an extremely valued member of Joe’s firm since 1995.

Dian has served as the office manager for more than 18 years ensuring clients always receive the best and most efficient service possible.

She has extensive experience in tax preparation, payroll processing and reporting, sales tax reporting, and monthly general ledger bookkeeping and financial preparation.

She is a lifelong member of the Yukon community.

Michele has worked in public accounting and with our clients for 19 years.

She has been with Joseph P Norman CPA PC since 2015. Michele has experience working with both individual and corporate clients but has primarily focused on business financial accounting and more recently corporate tax preparation.

Michele graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in music education. She has lived in Yukon for 19 years with her husband and children.
